Wellness,  prevention, OT & MFR services:

Consultation by telephone, 15 minutes, complimentary

John Barnes Myofascial Release Technique,  50 minutes, $150

Occupational Therapy services (adult only), 45 minutes $125

Caregiver consultation, 30 minutes   $65

*services can be provided in your home (10 mile radius from office) for an additional $25

*Princeton OT & MFR does not accept insurance including Medicare, all payments due on day of services, cash, credit or check accepted, assistance with claim forms available for out of network insurance claims

Wellness Services include:

  • Perform assessments for health risks

  • John Barnes Myofascial Release Technique

  • Teach strategies to incorporate healthy habits and routines

  • Environmental safety and education

  • Falls prevention

  • Exercises specific to maintain structural changes achieved in sessions

  • Identify solutions to personal and environmental barriers, eg. community access

  • Skills training, eg. stress management, socializing
